This is a really cool mall. Malls are closing all over England as people are using Amazon and other online retailers. The design of this mall is brilliant as well.

There's not enough commerce to support this. And film it again in January...
I mean, they put a Shoppers Drug Mart in the main entrance.

Looks like a semi-enclosed mall. It looks cold and hideous. What exactly is so "cool" about this place? Please explain.

The Well is bone dry! There are more empty space there than shops. And, of the few shops that are there, they are, like The Well, devoid of customers. Of the few customers they have, they are mostly lookers but not buyers. Even the food court is so much less busy than it should be. It is a sunny day in the middle of Summer. Wait till Winter comes. The only reason it wouldn't get frozen rock solid is because The Well is bone dry!
Let's be honest. The Canada economy is badly battered. The retail purchasing power of Canadians is at a historic low. This bone dry Well will go belly up before ii is filled with one single drop of water.

It's literally ANOTHER mall, with half outside... taking a page from Sydney Australia.
But without the climate. Congrats Capitalism for creating another structure of nothing.
