Hello - I am doing this to accurately determine Km and Vmax. I get the plots (experimental and estimated) to overlap well but the revised Km and Vmax values determined by Solver are clearly not accurate and do not correlate with what the plot lines show (the solver Km is about 3x what the estimated Km based on the plot and Vmax almost double what it appears in the plot). I'm not sure how to interpret this or fix the problem.
