Jermaine Defoe was definitely the fastest. He handed in a transfer request the minute West Ham got relegated

Theo shows his class and football IQ with the commentary. Never reached world class status, but I remember him well. 3:20 still lives in my memory as one of my favorite Arsenal moments.

Walcott didn’t become an Arsenal legend or England legend or anything and he could be very frustrating but he still became a respectable player that scored something like 100 goals at the top level

That’s more impressive than many other teenage talents, he deserves respect

As an Arsenal fan Theo was one of the most favourite players on the squad of late Wenger era for me. Hope he’s doing well and I see him as a pundit at the future, he showed analysis and football intellect in this video as well as on the pitch

Can really feel the generation gap between these two guys 🤣

Thierry combined every skill seamlessly...that's why he is the Premier League GOAT.

Theo has a point with Tralee *(Traore) . Every crazy highlight of him blogging past players never ends in a goal.

Theo is a very misunderstood/underrated player. He was reaching absolutely devastating form before he tore his ACL, he was going to be one of the league's best forwards. Either way he still scored a tonne of goals for us and was a great character in the dressing room. Probably my favourite player from that era.

*Someone show me a clip of Theo* doing a step over, clips of excellent crossing, goals from outside the box, him dribbling past players, him scoring from set plays, headers, juggling the ball, him doing more than 3 kick ups - Anything.... and I don't mean one piece of brilliance every 2 years.
*Dude was good for his limited footballing ability.*
He was a very quick ATHLETE who made it as a prem and international footballer.
He was definitely never a natural who played in the street, estate or cage every night.

You can see the difference between those that actually played football ALL their lives in tight spaces and difficult conditions vs those who started at 10 or 11 years old on big pitches.
Kudos to him

Theo is so humble fair play.... and watching Henry again gave me goosebumps, he moves the ball with so much speed power and elegance.... and his finishing!

People are shocked that Adama is so quick with the gym body, but for me that's the reason he is so quick. If you've got a big squat, you're smashing your hamstrings, and you're running a low body fat %, you've got potential to be rapid even if you're 90kg. The man has more power in his legs because surprise surprise that's the way he trains

Gabriel Agbonlahor needs to be added to that list as well as Lennon. Both as quick as Walcott

Actually very underrated for his time at Arsenal. Had decent stats and involvement. Miss him at Arsenal.

Seeing him score against us at the Emirates hurt even if he didn't do too much in terms of winning and becoming a legend for us, glad he's still playing in the premier league

Very good player on his day. And such a nice well spoken character too. Just humble. How time flies, i remember the day sven picked him and now he’s got a pony tail lol 15 years on.

my favourite theo goal is the champions league away at shakhtar donetsk. off a corner, wilshere hit a long ball and theo had 60m of space in front with no defender. most clinical finish ever too.
