Hi, I have an atomstack s20 max.
The power of the laser is 18-20w.
They cannot cut plexiglass (acryl) 3 mm at all.
Is the problem that the laser power is low, or did I not set good parameters for cutting? I use the lightburn program

hello, i have the atomstack s20 pro, i purchased the extension kit, wiring was straight foward, but i have one single black wire that i'm not sure where to place it, it goes, i think to 1 of 2 ports, one is 5 volt and the other is 12 volt. it comes from the power switch. any ideas anyone ??
