Liam, this is ridiculous, but this one made me well up. I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes. I am German and after a decade in the UK, the home of my heart, I am back in Germany and the change has been so, so tough for me. I always wanted to apply for British citizenship and I realise that I probably won't ever be able to do that. But next month I am moving to a seriously gorgeous town in Germany and I am looking forward to this so much...! My heart is split in two, and probably always will be. The moment your English Self started crying, I started crying, hahaha..! Have a wonderful Christmas, the two of you...! (I mean the three of you - your German Self, your English Self and your gorgeous wife).
