Happened to me yesterday but when I try to do the factory reset, it doesn't go to the white screen where you confirm the reset. It's infinitely stuck on reboot.

LG got the worst police of their phone, after I got the G4 then I know this "Boot Loop" issue, when my phone got the same problem and sent back to LG, their answer is we don't fix international phone, and then send back to you like it's not their business. None of my previous phones got this problem, and LG let their defective product go out, event they known this problem and they just hide it, no statement no recall. LG! WHAT A LAIR!!

The problem with these phones ( Lg g4 and LG V10 in particular) are their mother boards getting fried. The only solution is change unit or overhaul on the hardware itself...Lg phones are good not so much with these versions though..

my phone still wont boot and stuck on the LG screen and iv been trying to reset it and remove battery over and over and over and it just wont boot.... i have big work in 2 days and i cant afford to get this no fixed.... :( this is frustrating

some people are removing the chip and placing it back on the motherboard and it started to work !

board issues - LG should replace it free of charge for you. It's not your fault that you got the bad batch! Annoying enough i got the first batch at full price and a ticking time bomb in it :(

Phone went out while i was on a week long conference!! oh well! Shit just happens :/

Fuck LG for real. This problem occurred to me about 2, 5 months ago. I went to the retail store, they sent it to LG and they replaced the phone's board. Yesterday the same problem occurred again! WTF!? BTW NEVER buy a thing again from this company. NEVER!

If the serial number of your phone starts with 05 there is a high chance that you happen exactly this problem, I think the LG fix that problem in 2016, chek your S/N befor you buy G4.

All Lg phones are sucks.about a year theyre start boot looping. Im not gonna buy Lg product anymore.
