Never thought I’d be interested in art restorations.

This man is a legend. Did you see him finesse those nails? DIY those massive cotton swabs? The sheer focus in his eyes as he meticulously works? He knows what's up to the fullest extent.

I wish someone handled my heart with this much care

Don't know why but the music, diy cotton swabs, and the amount of focus he has reminds me of the man that cleaned up Woody in Toy Story. Really enjoyed this.

as someone who works in a museum these videos are like heaven to watch. the craftsmanship and effort that you put into these paintings is astounding. nothing’s worse than getting pieces in for an exhibition and seeing that a collector has gotten them poorly restored. we recently had a 118 year old lithograph brought in that had the worst cockled paper i have ever seen, it just broke my heart. you’re work is amazing, keep doing what you’re doing 💕

I've watched so many art restorations, he is by far my FAVORITE! He takes his time and loves what he does. I also like the fact that he doesn't cut the painting out of its original frame. It bothers me when people do that. Great job!!

If anyone is wondering, the piece is Tchaikovsky's Waltz in F♯ minor, Op. 40, No. 9.

I've been binge watching your work an have to say that you use the same amount of care and passion on these restorations that the artist used to make these paintings. If they can see your work I can only imagine the amount of respect and appreciation that they would have for a man that cares as much as they did.

I didnt realize how many steps and how many roles one must take on to be a full restorer. Craftsperson, artist, scientist, even woodworker, all with surgical precision. And to be so clean an organized is also admirable. Such accomplishment.

Thank you for helping preserve these works of art. They are truly beautiful and the legacy of those passed so long ago. I hope they last many, many years more so future generations can experience what I do when I look at them.

My absolute favorite part of these videos is not only the gorgeous restorations, but In fact when you’re hammering he canvas back onto the frame. Those tiny nails work great deals. I love watching art restorations, it’s something I’ve always wanted to master.

You are absolutely blessed to have such a huge window to allow for natural working light. And that view is just amazing! I could watch your videos for days on end because it is so soothing to watch an amazing piece of art being restored with such tranquil and perfection.

I recently bought a painting that needs restoring. Since I watch your videos I’ve learned what to look for in a good restorer, thank you!
