Kevin, What's your method to protect CHR from DDOS attacks? I am weary to put non asic routers at the edge.

Has Mikrotik improved loading table into kernel time? As far I remember it was unaxeptable.

Great video, we've been debating heavily on the direction we want to go hardware wise for BGP.
PS: Someone should probably tell them that a socket is what the CPU goes into (I think you meant cores) ☺

Thanks for your testing, it's a surprising result about Hyper-V. BTW, I found ESXi have a special settings about latency sensitive, did you enable that? Any difference on performance?

How to use 10 Gig sfp+ on proxmox ? we are using vmxnet3 and virtio interface type but both was low throughput. using vmxnet3 maximum support 1Gig and virtio support 4.5 Gig...any help ?

✋ wait.. KVM won't let you assign more than 8vCPU? I passed my entire Ryzen 1700 to a VM...
