We quickly derive the formula for the slope of the tangent line in parametric form. Next, we apply the formula to a cycloid curve given in parametric form. We find the slope of the tangent line at t=pi and the point on the curve at t=pi, then we use the point-slope formula to find and plot the tangent line.
