Great products as always. I love the ease of the lip color sticks. You don't even have to be in front of a mirror. It's a great thing to carry in your purse. I also love the paint pots and use it just as you said. It really is multiuse. I so enjoy your dancing with your husband on Instagram. It's so nice to have something in common with your spouse.

That’s such a good idea to use MAC paint pots as a concealer, especially around the nose. I bet that would work well, it’s not as creamy so it would probably stay better. I love the Maybelline brightened also. Once you remove the sponge, it works much better. You always have the best ideas. I need to try the lip liners you suggest too, instead of the pricier ones I’ve been using. There is really no need to spend much on a lip liner. Thank you💕

The first item on makeup was blue eyeshadow, that was 45 yeas ago. It was all the rage then.

Hey Laura Rae! Love your presentation today and I'm especially impressed by the bit about using concealers more sparingly and strategically. I also ascribe to the theory that if I hang onto some item I no longer like, I'll find another use for it and I may just love it on its second wind. Adapting a tip from Mrs. Melissa M., I'm now using a Wet N Wild liquid lip color, one that was too coral-ish and too matte for my lips, as a color corrector in my deep dark caverns at the inner corners of my eyes. This product is actually quite emollient, even with the matte finish, and it has no fragrance so it works just fine up near my eyes. Anyway, I saved a few bucks by not tossing it and I'm having nicer results with less concealer near my eyes now. So yes, we can fall in love later on in a relationship, even with makeup! So thanks for your message in today's video theme, and thanks for all your energy! PS Your hair looks great today! Be sure to tell us what you're using on it now!

This is such a great video. I learned a good makeup trick that you mentioned with using a puff to apply powder. I remember the makeup artist Alexis Vogel explaining that when we apply powder or foundation powder to always use a puff and to press and roll it into the skin. It will absolutely apply the long lasting coverage we need to from a powder to last all day. She explained that applying powder with a brush or a sponge just isn't the same. To always use a puff (she used to sell a fabric puff-it was brilliant). I'm going to try the majority of products that you listed. They are all super affordable which is great! I've heard so many raves about Maybelline lip products. I didn't buy them back in the day either (it was always Revlon and L'oreal).
