Some people have section 8 not letting people into their apartments to rent unless they have a 700 credit score that's really crazy some people have fell on their luck back up ontheir feet are being discriminated against because of their credit score so sad

The waiting lists are at minimum 8 years long in NYC and Long Island. It's a fantasy.

The only thing that makes sense is option 3, you don’t know about the first 2 options,

Rent is not bad it’s just the people in the California bubble and New York bubble you can get a regular 3 bed 2 bath clean house for $2, 000 a month in most small towns and cities
