Nice video. I just liked and subscribed. My issue is a bit different. I bought an iPad from a thrift store. The screen is locked. I don’t know the previous owner’s pass code. Is there a video to help me to get into it, wipe all information, then put my own information?

One issue with that software: If you cannot remember your iCloud login password and your iPad has become unavailable, so you use the software to reset and unlock it, then it asks you for your iCloud login password, to complete the job. Yeah; right. Catch 22. 🤷‍♂
