Thanks Michael - I went to the Sheppard website and it was so dated looking I just couldn't believe it was legit. (This is late 2022.) It looks like someone created the website in about 2001 with stock photos. So it made me really wonder if the study software is any good. Your demonstration really helped and... yes it looks like the test prep stuff was made about the same time. Really weird.

I do hear, and you confirm, that this is the way to pass the exams. I'll sign up. Thanks for the vid.

Thanks for the info Michael. Just a question, How does IACRA work with sheppard air in terms of passing the written. I'd like to have my Instrument Written passed before starting instrument flight training. Do i have to start a new application on IACRA for the instrument written?

Hey, What did you use for commercial study material such as book, videos, etc. Did you buy a online commercial ground school? I know you used Sheppard Air for test prep.

i just got sheppard air for the Instrument written. Did you do the Instument and the CFII written at the same time? They have told me the questions are the same the database is shorter for the CFII. What would you say? how long did it take you to study for the instrument ? thanks for your videos they are very informative!

Hey Michael, regarding the Shepard Air (IRA) test preparation, I was told from SA that they offer the software only, there is no a book associated with that test (IRA). Did you get the book in addition to software for the IRA test you took already? Thanks!
