Can we get more of this? Much prefer this live sport type viewing. Is the men’s coming? The other tests similar? I’d happily avoid looking at results and leaderboard if I knew I could watch more side by side videos like this.

Really want to see Laura Horvath's video. She was being talked smack about for the HSPUs and still managed to get 26 and then sitting first on the leaderboard. I'd like to see how much she's improved.

So question. If the WOD states KIPPING hspu then isn't that what you are suppose to do? Otherwise they should state if it is optional

3:20 Guys! You seriosly freaked me out. Brooke Wells's age shows 31, but I remember I was year older than her and I was like "Wait what.. Am I 32 already? This flies fast.." But no.. I am only 27, so she probably won't be 31..

Rather than be vague at the end, give specific examples with a "model" in what isn't allowed. You don't have to show a specific athlete who submitted the score, but show us what isn't following the rules. Then the question is: when the exercise doesn't follow the standard, what penalty is given? If nothing is enforced, the "short cuts" will continue.

Was "kipping HSP" on the second part just a suggestion? The scorecard and description clearly states "kipping" as the movement. Not questioning their capacity or anything like that, but for all elite athletes SHSP are clearly faster than KHSP and I'm sure they would all have done it if written or described as such .

Strict and kipping HSPU ? Or just do which ever you fancy ? If it clearly states kipping surely Tia and Brooke didn’t meet the standards stated as they didn’t ever kip ? Strict is a faster movement if it didn’t matter why state the different movements. Just a question.

It's a shame that so many live in the grey area and just look for any loophole possible. Many of these hang power cleans do not look anything like a clean. They look like kipping hammer curls. It should have been a full clean and the kipping handstand push-ups should have been enforced.

Why mention "Kipping" HSPU in the second part if both strict and Kipping are allowed?!! Kari would have done Strict HSPU in the second part, too. Otherwise, thanks for the great content.
