Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 bunch scallions (optional)
1 yellow onion
1 head of broccoli
1 tablespoon salt, divided
6 cups water
2 cups pumpkin puree
12 oz pasta (whole wheat or brown rice pasta to be healthier!)
15 oz can of white beans
1/2 tsp cumin (optional)

Hello Stef, I just stumbled upon your videos and totally loved it, especially this kind of easy and quick one pot Pasta dishes. I am wondering if you can make one pot asian noodle dish? :) There are a lot of asian noodles type but I am not sure which one is suitable for one pot dish :) Thank you before, I hope you can make more dishes like this in the future. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately this came out quite bland for us. We tried adding garlic and chili flakes but it didn't help. Next time we might make a base with onion or some other vegetables.

I tried this and it unfortunately was so incredibly bland. I see now it calls for an entire TABLESPOON of salt! I just cant justify that much salt, a mistake?
