12HRS LIVE Bosuil Camera De Mortel (Tawny Owl Camera)

Tot eind oktober testen we het draaien van 12 uur durende live streams en het automatisch starten hiervan. Als het bosuil broedseizoen straks in volle gang is willen we er zeker van zijn dat de automatisering werkt met de nieuwe nestkasten. Om de gemaakte beelden terug te kunnen kijken op YouTube via de DVR functie beperken we de livestreams tot een maximum van 12 uur.

Welke nestkast kiest de 🦉bosuil aankomend broedseizoen, #1 of #2?
We wachten op de bosuil die kan kiezen uit twee nestkasten.

In het 2021 broedseizoen koos het bosuil paar na een spannende periode voor nestkast #1.
Ook aankomend broedseizoen is het weer in spanning afwachten welke nestkast het gaat worden. Kijk je met ons mee?

De bosuil broedt overwegend in boomholtes en begint al vroeg in het jaar (februari of maart) met nestelen. Tijdens het broedseizoen stream ik LIVE vanuit het bos in De Mortel.

When the tawny owl breeding season is in full swing, we want to be sure that the automation works with the new nest boxes. In order to be able to view the captured images on YouTube via the DVR function, we limit the live streams to a maximum of 12 hours.

We are waiting for the tawny owl who can choose from two nest boxes.

In the 2021 breeding season, the tawny owl pair chose nest box #1 after an exciting period.
In the coming breeding season it is again anxiously awaiting which nest box it will be. Will you join watching with us?

The tawny owl mainly breeds in tree hollows and starts nesting early in the year (February or March). During the breeding season I stream LIVE from the forest in De Mortel.
