In this video, Amy with @FlipItFurniture is here to show you 3 ways to blend to make an ombre look!

Classic Gradient Ombre:
The classic gradient ombre technique creates a seamless transition from dark to light, offering a timeless and elegant look for your furniture.
Begin with the darkest color at the top of the furniture piece.
As you work your way downward, gradually transition to lighter shades of the same color family.
Blend the colors together where they meet, ensuring a smooth and gradual shift in hues.
The result is a graceful, monochromatic ombre effect that adds depth and sophistication to your furniture.

Light to Dark Gradient:
For a unique twist on the classic ombre, consider starting with a light color at the bottom and gradually transitioning to darker shades.
Begin with the lightest color at the bottom of the furniture piece.
As you move upward, introduce progressively darker shades within the same color family.
Blend the colors together seamlessly at the points of transition.
This technique creates an inverted ombre effect, drawing attention to the upper portion of the furniture and adding a contemporary touch.

Three-Tone Color Family Ombre:
Experiment with an ombre effect using three colors from the same color family to achieve a harmonious and visually captivating result.
Select three colors that range from light to dark within the same color family, such as various shades of blue or green.
Divide your furniture piece into three horizontal or vertical sections.
Apply the lightest color to the top or left section, the medium shade to the middle section, and the darkest shade to the bottom or right section.
Blend the edges where the colors meet, creating a stunning ombre transition within a cohesive color palette.
This approach adds depth and dimension to your furniture while maintaining a consistent color theme.
These techniques allow you to create a beautiful ombre effect on your furniture, whether you prefer the classic gradient ombre, a reverse gradient, or a three-color family ombre. Tailor your choice to your personal style and the ambiance you want to achieve in your space.
