In this video, I show you how to recreate and adapt Christophe Galtier's Lille tactics in FIFA 21.
In what is very much a 4-4-2, Galtier's Lille are very fun to watch. Whilst they're known for their defensive solidity, playing with a compact, narrow defensive mid-block and forcing teams out wide, Lille also have lots of attacking flair.
They can attack teams in a multitude of ways - whether that be playing through the thirds and looking to break teams down, or hitting them on the break with the pace of the wingers in Ikone and Bamba.
Lille generally look to compress their attacking players to compliment their short interchange passing style - and therefore encouraging players to innovate and express themselves.
