I was pretty shure 3017 is based on Venus 150 when they bought license and machinery for it from Swiss. However they did modify the movement significantly

Sturmandskies are still made in Moscow. I am uncertain if there are any Russian ebauche makers that build Poljot 2609s of if that movement is New Old Stock.

MAKTIME made movements but they are defunct since 2012.
