At this level having the best chemists and sport performance doctors Would help. Weather it be altitude chambers or performance enhancing drugs, these methods and substances definitely work. They are not a substitute for hard work and mental fortitude but they may shave off those crucial few seconds or add a couple more reps needed for the win, and if people dedicate there entire lives to this sport it's only natural that they think "what if my competition is taking something"
