Complete Video in Simple lines:
Here : Implemented ENHANCEMENT SECTION & What is ENHANCEMENT SPOT?

To Enhance : Same like Implicit & Enhancement point
Tap on Enhance(Spiral) --> Right click on ENHANCEMENT SECTION line --> ENHANCEMENT operations ---> Create Implementation.

the above actions results :
It will give One more ENHANCEMENT SECTION right under the previous one With COMPLETE LOGIC as previous with the GIVEN Enhancement Name. (We can change or replace or add our own logic according to our requirement).

Here the previous Enhancement section will not execute and it will jump to our own enhancement section after creation.

ENHANCEMENT SPOT : it was the CONTAINER for EXPLICIT ENHANCEMENT options(Enhancement Point/Section). It will remain same for all ENHANCEMENT POINTS & SECTIONS in that particular program.

One question, if two people create implementation of same enhancement section one after another, then whose implementation will be called? Just like after one implementation the default implementation won't be called, then in this scenario what will happen? Or is it even possible to have multiple implementation for same enhancement section?
