So if they try to keep people on their OTA and a super app becomes popular, then they will loose those views and bookings . If they integrate with the super app and use and the booking is done through the interface they will loose those views and bookings. Seems like a pretty screwed up position to be in. Your literally damed if you do and damed if your don’t . How wonderful! Also I’m not so sure the big 3 will be the only people who can pull this off. They may have some regulatory and anti trust issues that won’t sit well with congress. This int China 🇨🇳 and Facebook has been talking about being a super app for 3 years now. It’s making moves but I’m not sure about customer adoption.
