Wow amazing performance by whole New York Liberty tonight. The rotation that Sandy and the new York liberty coach executed today was superb and amazing. This definitely was a physical game filled with many jump balls .This bigger is better lineup was not only phenomenal and amazing they went out there and did their thing this afternoon and was to win. The X factor for this game was Betnijah Laney-Hamilton. I definitely have many praise for Betnijah Laney-Hamilton who had 20 points for this game and 2 assits and 2 rebounds.But And they have to ability and the skill to bounce back after suffering a loss They lost game one in New York. And they bouce back in this series for a game 2 . They remember going back ro thr finals last year and losing back to back games they learned from that experience and they not repeating this for this series. This is a team that eork together and definitely win games and rebound after losing one one game ina series. And goes individually and collectivity this preseason and post season playoff time as well. I definitely believe this bigger and better rotation is what they should go on using moving forward against Minnesota Lynx . New York liberty are able to switch defensively stay wire to wire in defense. And still play phenomenal defensive and interrupt the Lynx offensive amd defense from the opening minute to the final minutes of the game. Due to liberty defense and offense the Minnesota Lynx has lost this game . And that was phenomenal from both ends of the floor from the New York liberty and you have to give them credit for their defensive plays through out whole game getting stops and stealing and out rebounding the Minnesota Lynx. But what stands out to me for this game was Betnijah Laney-Hamilton perfomance on the offense end on the floor. And Breanna Stewart defense on her end of the floor tonight in Sunday game. And the New York liberty rotation was phenomenal tonight .That just show the phenomenal growth and their Resilience of this team through the season and how they bouce back and response after they suffer a loss. I definitely believe and Breanna understood that today she needed to be the leader in the defense end. And she was with seven blocks for this game. And Laney hamilton knew had to the x factor in the offense end today phenomenally.And they both know had to be involved of the offensive and the defensive end as well. And that extends to every player part of the bigger is better lineup of the New YorkNew York liberty rotation was phenomenal tonight .That just show the phenomenal growth and their Resilience of this team through the season and how they bouce back and response after they suffer a loss. Betnijah Laney-Hamilton if she can execute ger perfomance and her points evey game for the rest of this series. They will definitely beat the Minnesota Lynx and definitely shutdown any Courtney Williams ability to get her team back in the game. Game one was so close and Laney hamilton has less than 5 points and they eventually lost that game. This game 2 she had an breakout perfomance.And they won And they all should be proud of tonight perfomance.They should proud of tonight perfomance collectivity a statement win. The new York liberty defense and offense nees to continue playing like this.They executed well on Sunday game and they need to continue that phenomenal performance for the rest of this series against the Minnesota Lynx.
Player stats and liberty leaders for this game Betnijah 20 points 2 assists and 2 rebounds played phonomenal defense tonight. Breanna Stewart with 21 points 5 assists and 5 rebound and 5 blocks in 38 minutes of basketball playing time. And 7-18 FG from the field goal line. Sabrina with 15 points 4 rebound and five assists. Jonquel Jones the Bahamian beast with 14 points 9 rebounds and one assists. That is in in 33 minutes of basketball playing time. Fiebich had 3 points today five rebounds and three assists And played excellent defense today. And Vandersloot had 3 points coming from the bench today.And Kayla Thornton had three points but played excellent defense today..And This New York Liberty team is an elite and efficient 3 point team and point paint team.Defensively and offensively they have the efficiently and the ability to make shits in the road and at home I believe during the and several games during the regular get enough credit as a team and individual players of what they do offensively and defensively and tonight I'm giving them Credit the fans definitely gave them credit for packing the stadium. They all deserve the credit tonight excellent win this afternoon by the New York Liberty and excellent basketball game versus Minnesota lynx. But now they have to go set out for they worked for all season and that is to beat the Lynx on the road by being efficient and not settling to take bad shots and be prepared to continue this efficiently on thr road for game 4 and 3.
