2 - Shintaro Kazama, not Kazuma
3 - Kazama is not the head of the Dojima family. Dojima is the head of the Dojima family, thus the name. Kazama was only a captain, before eventually getting his own family

Kazama wasn't the Patriarch of the Dojima Famil except in 1995 1/Kiwami he was the Captain and former Hitman for the Dojima Family.
