Scene change detection using the SSIM metric

This is the result of detecting the moment that scene changes using SSIM metric.

When the scene change, the SSIM value will be less than 0.8.

00:00 ~ 00:58 : Preset 1
00:58 ~ 00:59 : Scene change
00:59 ~ 01:59 : Preset 2
01:59 ~ 02:01 : Scene change
