In Texas I believe there is a mutual combat law where any two consenting adults may engage in rigorous fisticuffs after informing the closest police officer that they both consent to it. The officer can’t engage until he suspects ill intent or until one of the combatants lives are at risk.

Fun fact, Texas has a law about Trial by Combat. If two people consent to a trial by combat, then a police officer must monitor the fight. No one gets arrested either.
