Hi Mr. Hayslett, I have a question...
I live in Ohio, and I just got arrested a few days ago and was charged with 3 misdemeanors.
Resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and disorderly conduct intoxication.
The judge released me the next day on a personal bond and i have to go back to court on the 16th.
I haven't had a case since 2014 and now this!! 🤦🏽

In your honest opinion what do you think there gonna do with me?
I really appreciate if you could give me some insight on this.

This is my first offense of resisting lawful commands of a police officer
I was being stupid and overreacting and kept fidgeting and moving and stearing at the gun pointed at me saying why can't go home i didn't do anything wrong. Well I was wrong because i drove through a stop sign (hard to see the sign because close to midnight. I should have honored the police commands. I'm afraid of jail and will have a public defender and imagine that public defender do good jobs as attorney. They studied and put in hard work. I pray and I pray and I pray that I won't see jail. I was in one for day and it was horrible really really depressing

I have an assault misdemeanor for threatening to throw a stuffed animal... My public defender sounds like ama goto jail. This shit is a joke..
