In this N4 Grammar video, I go over how to use yasui, nikui, and kata. These can be used with masu stems in Japanese to talk about how easy or difficult it is to do something. You can use kata to talk about the way you do a particular activity as well. Do you know how to use these in a sentence? Check out the video to learn more.

Do you know a fellow student that is interested in Japanese? I'm sure he or she would love it if you sent them a link to this video and helped them out.

+Maria Enriquez To be honest, I never heard a native English speaker pronounce Japanese correctly. But the same happens when a non-English speaker try to learn and speak English. It's just that the tongue, mouth and muscles in general don't work the same as a native speaker. A Japanese can easily spot an American as well as someone could easily tell that I'm not a native English speaker.

I hear a lot in your videos that you mispronounce the O vowel. You don't say 'doU desuka', it's more like a long 'o'...'doo desuka' you don't pronounce the 'u', like english. I understand is easy for english speakers to make this mistake in the pronunciation because japanese vowels are neutral and english are not :)
