I am a new woman/minority owned company. I am truly grateful I found your channel before I bought a truck or started to go after customers. I am binge watching your videos. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This is a really well thought out content video step-by-step instructions, I feel like the only thing that is missing is what if I'm going zero to hero and I have a brand new Trucking authority, a brand new company. I haven't worked with any brokers. I haven't even run any lanes yet. I'm just got done being a company driver and now I'm running my own business. I would still think this end of this video applies. It's really amazing content step by step giving you the confidence and lol. I think you could use that last Pro tip you gave you of. If you go forth with confidence and you believe in you that you can deliver, you can use that picking up women too

Thanks for the video, I'm still in the planning phases of my trucking company. Doing it different as I'm going to focus on end point logistics. Well and junk removal, getting into a bit of niche. I'll be watching a lot of these videos. Got a whole company to plan out and build on my own. I certainly want to cut out the middle man in the way your talking about. Thanks again for the video.

You blew my mind with the insight you provided. I feel like I can execute the agenda of selling the pitch and delivering on the promises I advise of. Thank you. You have a follow and like and share from me

There’s truth to that. The economics are designed for a driver to find a small fleet with direct clients that will take care of them. So to say that the market is “saturated” and because of that the industry is bad…that’s a tough call. The reality of this industry is almost like becoming a taxi driver or doing food delivery…it’s up to you to study the market, the region you are in etc. The best thing is to study the finances of a company before joining, and getting to know the owner and the mechanics of the truck. There are so many nuances, but don’t expect any “standards” to save your career. Again there’s so many nuances. Continuous education and pattern recognition is key.

Just my advice as a current freight broker, do not book meetings with the shipping manager or logistics manager, unless you actually verify that they are the decision maker. Otherwise you’re just wasting time. Use the shipping manager or logistics manager to qualify that there is business to be made, and then figure out who makes the decision.

Thank You Gurpreet for this VALUABLE video. It's truly sensational.
Just a question:
Can I get the US government loads as a dispatcher and as a Non US resident at the same time?

Who has time to wait 30-90 days for a shipper to pay. This is why we use brokers. They can afford to wait. We can’t afford to wait. It’s why we use a factoring company.

Promising false hopes. In transportation nothing is guaranteed. Especially on time delivery. Traffic and weather conditions will play a role and will effect your performance

Could I run a box truck myself with independent loads as a side job?

Brokers are NOT needed. And, if we're being honest, provide very little intrinsic value to the actual movement of freight. We've all just grown accustomed to brokers playing a "middleman" role within the industry for a very longtime.

A.I./blockchain technology can and will replace the role brokers currently play in the trucking industry. Booking & tracking loads, along with payment remittances, just to name a few, can all be accomplished via technology. By removing these "middlemen", the saving costs can then be distributed back to the shippers, which will enable truckers/carriers to be paid more as a result. It's just a matter of time and adoption before this industry disruption takes place. And, it's happening across ALL industries...not just transportation/trucking.

Bro, how’s trucking going for you lately in 2024 ? Is there a dedicated customer in the state ? Do you think it’s a great idea to buy a truck now !
