For anybody convinced by this video, it certainly is NOT the Nicola Tesla that I studied in the 1960's & 70's, before the Internet, and before he was lionised by people wanting to show how clever thay are on YouTube.
I believe this other video, the result of a study of his life and work, paints a much more accurate picture of the man.

It's a shame that your video is 99% fiction, and I can say that without watching it. Besides the Tesla Coil, he is not that important as far as electrical development. Michael Faraday is probably who you're thinking of. Mikhail Dolivo-Dobrovolsky invented the 3-phase induction motor, and generator, which are in use today. Lenz invented the transformer based on Michael Faraday's ideas which was improved by Westinghouse, and is in use today. No, Tesla didn't invent AC power. It was invented before he was born.
