1:05:20 When do you count Hosea’s two days (2000 years)?

He tells Israel plainly. Just back up two verses.

Hos 5:15  I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.

He is counting from his ascension which was in the year 31. It was the first year of 2000 years (2 Pet 3:8).

You are right, this does not concern the BoC but the nation of Israel. Hos 6:2 is talking about the healing (their reconciliation with Messiah?) two "days" after the smiting. The passage is for Israel. We're just reading it over their shoulders. 7yo's who witnessed the budding of the fig tree in 1948 are 83yo today. The reconciliation would necessarily be after the 70th week (Dan 9:24). The BoC would have been taken out of the way 7 Jewish years + 45 days (Dan 13:11-12) prior.
Another topic that would be relevant for today would be Obadiah. It seems these "Abrahamic accords" are setting the stage for v7. It apparently ends with the redrawing of Israel's map (vss 17-21), that Messiah returns to set up His 1000-year earthly Kingdom no longer in that small sliver of land that defines Israel today. Pre-70th week? I suspect so.

Not date setting of course but we would need to start the calculation at the fall of Israel/beginning of the dispensation of grace thru Paul.

That would be ≈ 34 AD
