This *was* going to a video covering the case and the PSU; however the case took more than long enough.
So stay tuned for part 2.2!

Saw guy repaired/reinforced cranks in plastic by melting component legs overcrack on the back with soldering iron. Thought was good idea.

Wow, ok so I knew this was pretty rough when I offered it up. I *almost* feel bad now I've seen how much effort was involved restoring it, but I'm glad it's in good hands

19:57 Would it have been easier to make the 3D printed clips in such a way that they filled the void between the rails on the case? That way the glue bond would have been a lot stronger/reliable.

Good luck with the PSU! I've been building my own using an AC transformer and a Mean-well regulator. (I have two now). Not too expensive and they come out quite nicely. Can't wait to see how you approach it.

HeyBirt! has a great Channel where he uses some very well made parts (he actually designed them) and the fit literally Every style of case and he sells them for a fair price. P.S. I like your Channel btw...-Mark.

have you considered printing a C64 case in its entirety?

Just a Thought, why didn't you use 2 part epoxy, So much stronger and you can sand it back down later. Neat, Cleaner and Stronger finish. I have used it in the past of the very fragile IBM 5151 monitor and if you use the clear stuff hides very well. I have also used it for broken screw mount standoffs / blocks that then can be drilled and tapped if necessary. Keep up all the good videos.
