In case you weren't aware, the unpleasant staticky "shit my speaker is glitching"-like sound when a synth (esp. the bass) changes note is because when the frequency changes your sine waves are misaligned causing a step-function-like signal full of high-frequency noise. You could resolve this by (the good way:) making sure that the phases are aligned at the transition points or by (the jank but easier way:) smoothing out your signal e.g. via a weighted average on a sliding window or a convolution against a Gaussian
