Wait, what?!... Did we just create one of the first-ever classic haircut tutorials narrated in Papiamentu?

Na tur habla Papiamento (Aruba-Bonaire-Curaçao) nos a realisa e prome stap pa stap tutorial especialmente pa boso nan!

That’s right! Next up on our list of tutorials in varied languages we’ve got Papiamentu, performed and narrated by none other than our Aruban teammate; Ramy. Once we started the “language series” we couldn’t help but think of how cool it would be to do one with Mr. Spacefade since there are not many hair tutorials out there that are narrated in Papiamentu. We actually did some searching on Youtube and couldn’t really find any other examples, so we might be the absolute first to create one (please correct us if needed).

Quite a special moment for Ramy… On the day that we shot this video, Ramy and his model Anthony were talking about the days that they used to work together in Aruba. Anthony told us of how Ramy basically binge-watched our step-by-step videos at all times, and spoke of his dream to work at The Holy Ashtray. And here he is, creating his own video with us in his native language ‘nd representing the people of Aruba. A story to remember!

For this particular video, Ramy went with showcasing the Executive Contour. Don’t speak Papiamentu? No worries, we think you can still get quite a lot of information out of the video, even without narration.

Apparently Ramy has some connections with the Aruban TV world so the video might just be broadcasted on the island during the festive days. We’re all for it!
