Napoleon Dynamite is such a relatable character. I'm sure every school had the dorky kid who would make up stories to seem cool. We had a kid who claimed to have a model girlfriend in Arkansas, and went deep sea fishing for goblin sharks over summer break. You could always tell he was full of shit.

I had a friend in the early 90s similar to Napoleon. He had met NBA player Mark Price, and Price gave him his game Jersey. Boyz II Men wanted him to sing on a track. His mom was a rich lawyer, this after he told us 2 weeks earlier that his mom was legally blind and couldn't leave the house. Shite like that. We miss ya, Pete!

I actually had a classmate that was just like Napoleon. I mean in the way he'd make shit up that he spoke it as if it was real. I remember one time some guy in class asked him " Hey, what happened in your trip to Arizona, Christine wants to hear this?" guy replied with " I got lost in the desert and found a tribe reservation that taught me how to summon Rain." He even showed us with his hands the gestures lmao. Kid was insane but we always got a laugh at him.
