Bura nahi laga RBI ka decision.. aise toh kayi private job me bhi bahot strict rules hai. Ek new employee jab RBI join karta h, to woh RBI ko represent karta h, RBI itself has a huge brand image to the whole country, toh aap ke bhi kuch usool rehna chahiye RBI ke prati, badle mein RBI bhi toh aap ko bahot kuch de raha hai, bahot achhe Salary, Perks, Allowances, Promotions, aur kya chahiye life mein!

Haan kuch log disagree karenge, kyu ki kahi na kahi YouTube kisi ki bhi personal space ho sakta hai, usme koi burai nahi hai, par kya kare when you're a RBI employee then you're bound to RBI and its rules and you should obey it.

I have seen many government employees including some teacher from old generation used to stay away from amy political, bussines related organisations because of such policies of their respective organisations. later teachers started their private coaching ( which should be stopped, as it creates conflict of interest kind situations), I think serious organisations should have some code of conduct because that person then becomes representative of organisation in people's perspective.

It's clearly a discrimination against the one's fundamental rights, it's really disgusting that what's the point does the organization have in one's personal life outside the duty hours, its not a democratic that hampering the one's freedom of pursuing hobbies, passion unless/until his actions accountable for disrepute, disclosing confidentiality, misrepresentation, of the organization, it's absolutely a non sense rule

Sir, but i see so many psu bank officers, upsc rankers, & other govt employees who are running channels on YT related to the education & competitive exams that they themselves have cracked & also entertainment channels 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 To wo sab kese kar le rahe h...wo b 2-3 years se ...

Gaurav kaushal (ias)
Constant Guide (sbi po)
Ayushi chand (ministry of finance)
Surbhi The universal (CBI officer )
Aman kohar (sbi po)
Banker couple
Kapoor Gurukul( ssc cgl- excise inspector)
& I can list many more...all these are big channels & have been running since 2-3 years ...
