It would help if they quit letting these power house buyers (businesses/rental companies) buy em all up to rent.

I have to move out of the home I've been renting for years and the prices for just an apartment is insane. I can only find a handful of available units and I have to compete with other people. I will probably be forced to live in my car until I can find a place.

If this rents and house prices keep going up the house market will collapse soon 🤔🤔🤔🤔

They build affordable rent but your getting 500sq ft and charging you $900 and say its affordable when in 2015 it was 742sq ft was like $800

I'm lucky to be able to afford $750/mo where I live and I own my premanufactured home but rent the space.

My house payment is $850 and only two years left and my second homes paid off. Buy home when the market drops.

LETS TALK ABOUT 10 ILLEGALS PER HOME IN PHX AND THEN WE CAN TALK ABOUT HOW EVERY ILLEGAL MALE IN AZ HAS A $50, 000 TRUCK.

Most of that's due to people leaving California they're going to Arizona Nevada Idaho Montana and all the prices have skyrocketed to almost double what they were two years ago. And as for the rentals the companies that own those rentals and the private parties are greedy their payments aren't going up but they're going to make the rents go up. I've been looking in Montana you cannot touch a one bedroom apartment for under 12 to $1, 800 a month. Because of the influx of people moving there so I can imagine what it is down there in Phoenix
