trying out musescore 4 brass, dayum

Here's a brass chorale I wrote trying out the MuseScore 4 MuseSounds Brass. Quite nice, but every time I use MuseSounds there are some sound glitches when changing dynamics in some instruments.

i would say it sounds way better the musescore3, however i think the horn sounds too powerful that it you can't really tell it from trombone😂probably something to do with the dynamic

I've noticed myself (and in this video as well) that the trombones are too quiet. But the horns are also too loud lol, maybe that's it. I had the horns ans bassoons play the same thing and I could not hear the bassoons unless I gave them f and horns mp. Dynamics are messed up on musescore 4 sadly. Also euphonium is too loud lol I have to give it ppp and I still hear it above mf trombones 1, 2 ánd tuba! I hope musescore fixes this.

i quite like the sound of the brass, but there's a bit of a glitchy thing happening in the middle with trombone 1, i believe it's coz of some dynamic shift but not sure how to resolve it. but that won't stop me!

Great sounding new version. I just download it of course. :) One should not forget though, to put breathing marks when writing for Brass ensemble. ;)

Everyone sad that in MS4 the trombones are too quiet compared to the French Horns. Is MS just trying to restore balance after the opposite was true for ages in MS2 (and, I assume, 3, although despite having had 3 for years I haven't actually written any music on it in that time, so might be wrong).
