1 TBS Ground Flax Seeds
2 TBS So Delicious Cooking Milk
2 TBS Water
Your favorite bread crumbs
Pasta Sauce
Daiya Cheese
Go Veggie Parmesan Cheese
Fresh basil
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Warm up your skillet and add grapeseed oil.
Mix water with so-delicious milk and flax seeds.
Dip each chickenless strip into the flaxseed mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
When finished frying the strips, lay them out in the baking pan. Cover with pasta sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese has melted.
Add fresh basil and parmesan cheese and enjoy!
