Swat Kalam Trip 2022 N95 Road Part 1

Swat is known as the Switzerland of Pakistan.It is the greenest valleys of the Northern Pakistan and is well connected to the rest of Pakistan. The valley of Swat is located in the middle of foot hills of Hindukush mountain range. The main town of the valley is Saidu Sharief.Swat Valley is known as the “mini Switzerland”. Its landscapes are a proof of natural beauty and it was one of the most visited areas and had a major tourism industry. There were events which led to the downfall of the tourism which was one of the major sources of income of the Swats economy.
The easiest way to get to Kalam by road is to take the N95 route (also known as Kalam Road) from Mingora in Swat. The N95 road along the bank of Swat River will take you Kalam passing through Manglor, Charbagh, Khwazakhela, Madyan, Bahrain to your final destination Kalam Valley.
