there can only be a few among the many that can reach beyond their perceived depth & inspire people from all walks of life - one of those extremely rare people for me is Cameron Hanes ( @cameronrhanes )

the idea of putting in the work, knowing that you do so for yourself & not for some credit or applause, is the exact philosophy that has guided me in all my undertakings in life - be it professionally or personally

to have that idea put in practice on a daily basis, without fail is what inspires me to do more - Cam & the great & powerful David Goggins ( @davidgoggins ) epitomise that concept to the degree, where it no longer remains just a concept, but takes shape of a discipline, lending itself to being the perfect institution for those who seek to explore its hard earned tools

my beloved Maamoo (uncle) managed to snag the Under Armour CH1 Machina ( @underarmour & @uarunning ) shoes for me before they sold out (they go quick, trust me) & my cousin flew them in from the USA for me 😊 to say that I was excited to receive 'em, would be an understatement 🤪 & I was struck with the idea to feature them in a running video - so here it is...

a ton of gratitude needs to be directed to the mighty Joe Rogan ( @joerogan ) for having such wonderful people on his podcast - if it weren't for him, I wouldn't have been exposed to either one of them - so Thank You Joe 👍🏼
