Former Labor Minister Graham Richardson says Joe Biden “has to withdraw” from the presidential election.

Mr Richardson told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio that it is “so sad” to see how heavily Joe Biden has declined.

“For all of us, there comes a time when your contribution is over, and his is well and truly kaput.”
