3 Simple Starter Bases for Minecraft! #13

Today I will show you how to build 3 simple starter bases for use in your survival worlds! All are incredibly easy to build and require very few resources.

*DISCLAIMER: There's a slight error at the start with the dimensions, you need a 7 block gap between each side of the river for the bridge.

The spruce tree house seems like the most flexible and fun of all of the options.
If you want to expand it, you can either add a new floor, or add more trees separate from the main one, maybe even with bridges above the ground.
If you need a floor to be larger than the tree allows, you can expand the floor outwards with decorative supports underneath.
You don't even need to have the area fully inside a tree, maybe it could just be a single large tree with a balcony wrapped around it.
If the tree's not tall enough, you can add a layer of dirt on the top of the trunk, grow another spruce tree on top, and replace the layer of dirt with spruce logs.
Just image how during the beginning of the game, it would just be a single large tree, but by the end, it would be a whole forest of spruce trees of different sizes, with houses integrated into some of the larger trees, and bridges between many of them, maybe even integrate an entire taiga village into the thing!

Guys keep in mind that you can decorate this however you want so the paintings and difrent types of furnaces don't count!!

Very cool builds, I can't wait to have more of an "eye" for things. I made a really cool ender portal entrance with the planks from the Nether world and a few other things. Right now i'm building a prison camp

Are there any special rules that need to be followed when making the Spruce Treehouse?
I'm asking because I am trying to make one the way you did yours and I have only been able to get a 2x2 tree to spawn. I have gone through almost 100 bone meal and none of the other saplings are cooperating.

I noticed that most of the materials for the first night house can be um.... acquired... from a decent taiga village if you're in a rush! I think everything but the painting and oak sapling can show up there!

To be completely honest, the 1st night house usually ends up bein my permanent home for me for reasons that I don't know but the benefits of it are quite good. =)
