I live in NY and my Walmart has all shades of the foundation!! I hope the Uoma by Sharon C line comes out with a concealer too.

I’m surprised that Walmart carries this foundation; I’m happy to get it for the price point too 💛

I think it’s “splotchy” bc it is staining lol. It’s setting quickly. I use it first as a stain, let it set and dry and then apply foundation/concealer on top of it.
