Listened to this on repeat quite a lot on spotify, It feels as if it's trying to be a calmer song, yet it can't. I really love the off-putting vibes of it. A different type of breakcore almost.

I absolutely love this song, with its wonderful vocals and amazing upbeat instruments. I love the lyrics and have found enjoyment in their interpretation. I think they are wonderfully written and sung.

My interpretation is as follows:

The song explores themes of otherworldliness with words such as celestial (line 4) or ethereal (line 8), meaning relating to heaven or positioned in the sky, the latter being extremely delicate and light, not of this world. This theme is further reinforced with mentions of the sky, constellations, and the heavens above, leading me to believe that the love between the lyrical I and the second character truly is something indescribable. Line 6 leads me to believe they are soulmates, reuniting in the constellations after their time together in the mortal realm reaches its end. This is further enforced by line 5, where time is described to fade away, but their love remains intact. I think of them as two souls reincarnated into mortal beings, finding each other in that realm only for their time to end, and for them to be reborn again and find each other.

As for why their love withered, I can only speculate. Line 5 states that their love is like a fire burning bright, but a fire cannot be sustained forever; it needs fuel and correct conditions, which cannot be sustained indefinitely. I find this ironic, as in line 5 itself, it’s stated that time will be the one to fade, not love. However, the inverse is true, with time being the one to remain as the lyrical I is left to ponder in the void with eternal silence. The comparison of their love dissolving like mist in the day in line 10 probably symbolizes how their love cannot be repaired, as, like fine mist, it’s scattered everywhere, and as the day breaks, the pieces are nowhere to be found.

When I say that this is a lyrical masterpiece, it is a misrepresentation of how amazingly well put together this is. The poem is so immaculate it could be its standalone story, and if published as such, would garner a lot of positive attention. Adding to the fact that the music is also astonishing truly makes this a work of art. I have massive respect towards you and abyssal.angel for creating this

This song really relates to me, since i got 2 kittens in 2024 idk.

They were basically my everything, and i end up losing them temporarily. And this made me incredibly sad and i cried 40 times in 4 months. Im still in the process of getting them back since its a really long story.
