My round 1 entry for the Mx Disney 2018 contest!

Holy shit you guys this is my longest crossover video EVER! Pretty freaking proud of it tbh. There's a few glitches because Sony Vegas just WOULD NOT cooperate completely, but otherwise I'm happy with it. :3

Story:
Jonathan Smith has just been Plucked. He lands inside the space pod that took him from his planet and looks around in shock before gathering his wits and calming down. As he stands up, a video from Cobra Bubbles plays on the screen. Bubbles instructs him (and all of the other Plucked contestants) to place a pin onto his person. The pin is the flag of his country, for the sake of easy identification.

Jon's pod docks on the mothership and he leaves, glad to be uot of such a confined space. He wanders until he finds a group of other humans. A blonde girl across the room catches his attention. She's in distress because she was Plucked when her boyfriend needed her the most, and is afraid for his safety. Jon approaches and offers her advice on how to take down the evil man she fears will hurt her love, then he leaves without another word.

Shortly after, a young woman named Mary trips and Jon instinctively catches her. However, he is stunned by her striking resemblance to a woman he knows back home. He finds himself staring and unable to let go of her. Mary's group is called in to the Meeting and she turns away, snapping him out of his trance. He walks off, disappearing into the crowd.

The meeting goes smoothly, despite a girl in Jon's group breaking down into tears. The medical exam goes as smoothly as it can, and then the Interview comes up. Jon, being around far more people than he is used to, finds it difficult to speak with Leah Estrogen, but he manages to answer the necessary questions.

And now he's left to wonder what's going to happen next.

WOW this is so detailed! There's so many things that stood out, like the scar, and moving through the crowd, and just the fact he's not talking! I struggled to find one damn shot of him just listening hahah! The whole video gives me the chills, he's quite intimidating I gotta say! Great song choice too! Looking forward to seeing more of him! <3

God the way you play with color and cinematography is so And those little glitches are amazing! Gosh just everything about this is so chilling and impactful! Oh wow. I can honestly say I love how you are working with John. To be able to let him speak SO LITTLE and choosing the scenes so well despite that is truly amazing.
I love how you did the beggining, it looks flawless. Also I squealed at 1:10, that's just some good editing right there. Little details like that make me so happy.
The manip of him being half naked is outstanding and his scar looks flawless.

Those edits to the characters like Lilo to make John a little kid and then John of course all shirtless like HOLY SMOKES DUDE, YOU BE LOOKING ;)
But for reals, this is AMAZING!! Love the interactions Jon goes through, especially my little Carlos with his 'what? O.O' response hahahaha Dude's gonna be so wonderfully confused, intimidated, and impressed x'D AND THAT TURN AROUND THE SILHOUETTE, THE DEPTH!!!

excited about learning Jon's backstory and just more about him in general! :3 Poor guy looks like he's had some really tough scrapes T.T
