Solving Two-Step Equations Project

I walk through a project I recently did with my students, tap into a little bit of their thinking, and get feedback from them on what they think of the project vs. a traditional test.

Very nice video. Being a teacher myself, and also interested in video shooting and editing, I'd like to do something similar. However, I imagine my principal would have issues filming students and posting videos. What's the policy in your school? I imagine you have your students' permission, but is that enough?
