With this setup there is the possibility of some "cheating" with momentum from hip and spine extension, but I like this as a way to improve explosiveness of the bottom part and getting full knee range of motion, I think I'll try to add reps and later clean up the form.

Hey Massimo been following your journey for a while great stuff. Do you have any tips wrt progressions for a good form nordic curl? I've been working on them for a while and still can't get the controlled descent to the bottom and still drop down and need to use my hands to prevent my face from hitting the floor

Have you tested vertical jump height progress as your strength increases on these? If not do you have any subjective experience you can share?
