People seem to be confused here Ares isn't actually the real suicide, he only pretended to be suicide for this one angle otherwise the character "suicide" has been portrayed by at least 4 different wrestlers i.e. Daniels, Kazarian, Kiyoshi and TJ Perkins

As soon as Suicide start talking in this segment, it was very easy to guess who it is. Immediately recognised specific speech patterns of Austin Aries. However, it is now known fact that Aries only appeared twice as Suicide, once when he won the X Division title and second time is in this segment. The man who actually played the character at that time, though he was on hiatus from TNA at the time, was TJ Perkins. So far, the character of Suicide was officially played by 7 wrestlers: Kazarian, Christopher Daniels, Kiyoshi, TJ Perkins, Austin Aries, jobber Jonathan Gresham (for one night only) and currently Caleb Konley. Rumours persist that at different points multiple jobbers were under the costume.

Unmasking Suicide was just another thread within the tapestry the Hogan/Bischoff regime did that has all but completely unraveled and they have spent so much time trying to recover from. The following were staples that completely set TNA apart from the WWE:

1) they got rid six-sided ring,
2) they completely devalued and all but dismantled the X-division,
3) unmasking Suicide,
4) don’t get me started on what they did to the Knockouts division.
5) devaluation of TNA originals across the board, the very ones that built TNA from the ground up and been with them from the beginning.
