Naruto's light novel actually has some places where characters are overwanked the reason being no proper translation is happening some Japanese words translate to 2 meaning one of them was a word which translated as world or universe but universe was taken and so their power was mistaken
One case was when it was translated temari blows off the universe with her weapon but ofc everyone she isn't even fraction of that strong after correct translation we knew it was world and by blows up the world it was metaphorically stating she shook everyone with her power ( during fight with raikage/madara I'm not sure )
